Sadik Ahmic, from Ahmici Vitez, in Bosnia, lost his brother and both parents during the conflict. The family home was burned down and he was displaced.
Thanks to a micro credit business loan from IR Sadik and his wife were able to rebuild their home and start an agricultural business.
“We faced difficulties at the banks because we didn’t meet their criteria for a loan. Islamic Relief came just in time and provided us with an opportunity to start over; to come back to our pre-war home and start living again. Thank you for that,” Sadik said.
